SPECIAL ORDERS: Tres Elegant is an AUTHORIZED retail agent for every designer that we sell. We are offering you many styles, colors, and sizes which can be ordered through our online store. Because we cannot stock every item in every color and size, we are happy to special order your style in the color and size you desire. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will determine whether we have your dress in stock. If not, we will contact the vendor to special order your dress.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED until we determine that your dress is available to be shipped to you. You will receive an email confirming your order and that it will be shipped to you, together with a receipt of your charges. You will also receive an email when your dress is actually shipped to you.
RETURN POLICY: Social Occasion Dresses, First Communion, Flower Girl Dresses, Christening, Formal Gowns, Seasonal items like Christmas or Easter outfits are nonrefundable and no returns will be accepted, as is customary in the industry.
SIZING: Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. Be sure to measure carefully as size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a dress that is too large, but it is not always possible to let it out if you order a size that is too small. If your measurements are on the border it is usually better to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls need alterations to get a perfect fit.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE: In the event that Tres Elegant is assessed additional shipping surcharges by carrier due to Customer Error under the following circumstances:
1. Not providing a Complete Address, including: Unit #, Apartment #, Space #, Suite #, etc.
2. Incorrect shipping addresses: If you provide an incorrect "Ship To" address and your purchase is returned to Tres Elegant , you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order.
3. Shipments that are re-directed to a different address from the one originally provided when the order was placed, unless change has been previously acknowledged by our email.
Tres Elegant will notify you via email and your credit card will reflect an additional charge on your next statement for the additional fee.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our providers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Tres Elegant shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tres Elegant shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
